Azrael Portrait II
I try to make at least two different images when I am working with toys and I pick the best one to show. But sometimes I like both equally well. I posted one of Azrael (Batman’s nemesis) six weeks ago — here’s the second.
This was made with my Fuji X100V -
ISO 160
f/5.6
2.3 seconds exposure
Simple setup — with a photo background I had printed at PRINTIQUE.COM and a diorama piece I had made that emulates the corner of a highrise.
Post work in Boris FX Optics and Topaz Labs Photo AI.
Remember, toys are joy.

Roughly 90% of my photos are finished in Topaz Labs’ product called Topaz Photo AI. It is a one click sharpening, noise reduction, resolution enhancement tool that uses AI to see what your photo needs and only applies as much correction as is required and only to the areas that require it.
