Toy Ford GT Race Car Photo

This is the Hot Wheels Ford GT race car. It’s part of a series called Car Culture. It features a more premium Hot Wheels car than you would normally see on pegs in the grocery store. It features Hot Wheels’ Real Rider rubber wheels. It’s very detailed given it’s tiny size. My thumb is larger than this car!

I photographed the toy on a set I built 1:64 scale using 3-D printed parts like the cones and hoist and ladder, etc. There’s a shop motorcycle thrown into the scene to add context. The motorcycle garage is just three pieces of printed art mounted to foam core and then glued together.

I used my Fuji X100V to make the photo.

I did a color grade in Boris FX Optics.
